How do I return/exchange?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved. 

Are there any charges for return/exchange?

There are no postage charges for returns or the first exchange that you make. (Return postage is not covered if an exchange item is returned.)

If the item you would like to exchange for is of greater value, you will be issued a refund and will need to make a new purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, providing there are no issues with the condition of your return, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, or the exchange item will be dispatched, within 5 working days.

What items are returnable?

You can return your Weighted Blankets within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in the original packaging.
  • Please include all original inserts.
  • They must be in a reasonable condition, without excessive wear and tear or damage.

For health and hygiene reasons we can’t offer returns or refunds on the following items unless they are unopened, unused and in the original packaging:

  • Pillows and pillow cases.
  • Duvets and duvet covers.
  • Weighted blanket covers that are bought separately.
  • Sheet sets.
  • Eye Masks.

Please make sure to return your bedding in secure packaging to avoid it being damaged in transit. If the products arrive damaged, this may affect your return.

We suggest wrapping your returned box in a jiffy/shipping bag.

Please note that all products need to be returned within its original packaging.

For exchanges
 please note: If the item you would like to exchange for is of greater value we will refund your order for you so that you can make a new purchase, as unfortunately we cannot charge for the price difference.
